Please note that if we do not receive any communication before the class, the class cannot be rescheduled.

All special and seasonal event tickets are final sale and non-refundable. Event tickets cannot be rescheduled, transferred, or credited.

Due to limited event capacity and the advance planning required, each ticket purchased reserves a spot. As tickets sell, we adjust our event promotion and planning accordingly, and once a ticket is purchased, that space cannot be resold—even if a cancellation is made days or weeks before the event.

For this reason, no refunds, credits, or date changes are offered.

We kindly ask families to review all event details carefully before purchasing, including the event date, time, location, and address, and to check their family calendars, school schedules, and vacation plans to ensure you will be able to attend.

As a small, family-owned business, we put significant time, care, and resources into creating these events and rely on event participation to continue offering high-quality experiences for our community.

CLASSES

All children who attend and participate in our classes must be registered and paid, including infants under 12 months, as instructors charge per child.
If a baby is under 6 months old and attending or participating in the class, a paid registration is required. The only exception is when a baby under 6 months remains in a carrier or stroller, does not participate, and is present solely while an older sibling attends the class. In that case, the baby does not require payment.

EVENTS

All children attending our special and seasonal events are required to have a paid ticket, regardless of age. Our events have limited capacity, and each ticket represents a reserved spot. Additionally, events include food, beverages, entertainment, decorations, materials, and staffing, which are not complimentary.

For this reason, babies under 12 months old are required to have a ticket for events.
Babies under 6 months old who are attending an event independently (not as a non-participating sibling) also require a ticket.

The only exception applies when a family is attending with an older, ticketed child and brings a baby under 6 months old who:

  • Does not participate in the event
  • Remains in a baby carrier (kangaroo-style) at all times

In this case, the baby does not require a separate ticket.

Please note that stroller access is limited and depends on event capacity and crowd levels. To ensure safety and comfort for all guests, we kindly ask families to leave strollers in their cars whenever possible. If space allows, stroller access may be permitted, but we strongly recommend arriving prepared with a baby carrier.
