Yes, but only for private parties. All our packages let you bring in outside food and beverages at no extra charge. While we don’t impose strict restrictions, we kindly ask that you choose appropriate and reasonable food options for a children’s birthday party—think easy-to-serve items like pizza and finger foods. This approach not only simplifies cleanup by ensuring you’ll take home any leftovers but also helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable event for everyone.
No, we handle all the cleanup! Our team even packs your belongings, so you can focus on enjoying the party. Just let us know what you want to keep or discard, and we’ll take care of the rest. That way, you can be present, thank your guests, and truly enjoy the moment!
Our calendar is open for party reservation up to a year ahead.
As a small business, we can only host one private party at a time. When you make a reservation, we block that date and time exclusively for you and your guests. This means we turn away other party bookings and open play for that slot. For this reason, deposits are non-refundable and our cancellation policies are strict.
Rescheduling
• You may reschedule your party at no additional cost if requested at least 3 weeks before your event, subject to availability.
• If rescheduling is not possible, your deposit may be applied toward a future service.
Cancellations
• 3+ weeks before the event→ Deposit may be applied toward another party, open play passes, a private playdate, or a special event.
• 2 weeks to 7 days before the event → 50% of your deposit may be credited toward one of the services listed above.
• 7 days or less before the event → 25% of your deposit may be credited toward one of the services listed above.
Important Notes
• All deposits are non-refundable, at any time, for any reason.
• Our policies are strict and apply to all reservations—no exceptions.
• COVID-19 cancellations are treated the same as any other cancellation. While we understand plans change, our expenses continue, and deposits remain non-refundable.
Yes! Our facility can be rented for any celebration that includes children. Examples include baby showers, gender reveals, preschool graduations, end-of-year class celebrations, seasonal class parties like Halloween, Christmas, and more!
Yes, of course! We can help you hire characters, magicians, music classes, and more. You are also welcome to bring your own entertainment- there are no restrictions or extra charges. We only kindly ask that the company is insured and follows our rules.
For the Cupcake and Bite packages, you may arrive 30 minutes before your party begins. A party host will assist you with setting up decorations, food, and beverages. If you require extra time, it will be subject to availability and an additional cost.
For the Slice and Cake packages, you have 15 minutes to set up your food, beverages, or any extras. This time is more than enough since our expert team will handle the setup for you! Everything will be ready when you arrive, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration without any stress. for private parties, if your party package doesn’t include food, we allow outside food and drinks. Nothing too messy, it has to be previously approved by a team member.
We ask that party reservations be made at least one week in advance. Our open play schedule for weekdays and weekends is posted every Wednesday night, but don’t worry—give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you while trying to impact open play guests as little as possible.
