Walk-ins are welcome but please consult the schedule.
- $15.00 + tax (7%) for each child ages 1-8.
- All day play pass with re entry except blackout days. If you are planning to come back in the afternoon, please give us a call to check availability.
- During Blackout days such as holidays and vacations, play sessions will be limited to 2-hours. Check availability in our store or call ahead to confirm.
- Includes 2 accompanying adults per kid. We’re happy to welcome more accompanying adults for $5 each.
- Children older than 8 are free if accompanied by a paying sibling.
- Children under 12 months old are free.
- No adults will be admitted without accompanying children.
Play Guidelines
- We are shoe free environment.
- All children and adults must wear socks preferably non-slip while in the play area. No exceptions
- If you forget your socks, you can purchase them in our store.

- Accompanying adults must stay in the play space and always supervise their children.
- Kids Hideout will not be responsible or be held liable for any injuries resulting from rough play, poor behavior or inappropriate use of toys and playhouses.
- Kids Hideout has a ZERO BULLYING POLICY. Any children seen harassing or bullying other children will be politely asked to leave and their day pass will be forfeited without refund.
- No climbing up the slides or the main play structure at any time, No standing on tables, chairs, or any of the furniture. Damage to our property by no proper play may incur in a damage fee.
- Our restroom is equipped with a baby changing station. Please change all diapers in the restroom.
- Any children or adults who are visibly sick will be asked to return another day based on Kids Hideout employee discretion.
- Please place all toys put in a child's mouth in the dirty toy bin.
- Drinks and pre-packed snacks for children and adults are permitted in the designated seating area. No drinks or snacks are allowed in the play area. If you forget snacks/drinks, you can buy them at our shop. We provide a water refill station.
- Kids Hideout is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of your personal belongings. Do not leave your valuables, electronics, or purses/wallets unattended.
- We do not allow "walk-in parties". No unreserved parties or other celebrations are allowed in our facility including cake, candles, gifts, balloons, or goody bags.
- No-Pet Policy - Though we love pets keeping other kids’ allergies in mind our facility doesn't allow pets of any kind.
- Kids Hideout is a non-smoking space, that includes cigarettes or e-cigarettes.
