Why Parents Love It Here

Warmth in Every Detail
From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel it. Our team is passionate about creating a space where every child feels welcome, every parent feels at ease, and every visit feels like coming home.

Your Lounge. Your Moment.
Grab a coffee, enjoy a snack, and take a breath. Our Parents’ Lounge gives you a full view of every play station — so you can relax knowing your little ones are safe, happy, and always in sight.

Play With Purpose
Every station is designed to spark imagination, build empathy, and develop real-world skills. We believe the best future starts with creative, screen-free play — and we built a whole city around that idea.

Spotless. Always.
We sanitize with EPA-approved products between every single session. Clean floors, clean toys, clean stations — because your child’s health is non-negotiable.
FAQs

No reservation is needed for open play. You can walk in during our open hours and enjoy the facility. However, we recommend checking our schedule ahead of time, as availability can be affected by private events or special programs. During peak times, especially holidays, play sessions might be limited to 2 hours to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
Yes, you are welcome to bring pre-packed snacks and simple foods like fruit, as well as your favorite drink. We also offer a variety of prepackaged snacks and beverages (sodas, milk, protein shakes, etc.) for sale at reasonable prices.
To maintain cleanliness and ensure the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that food and drinks be consumed only at the tables or in the parents’ lounge. Please note that food is not allowed in the playhouses or play areas. Full meals are also not permitted during open play; however, you are welcome to leave for lunch and return to continue the fun.
At Kids Hideout, we believe everyone has the right to play, regardless of age! Our playground is designed for children aged 1 to 8 years old.
Babies under 12 months are welcome for free for open play. They can enjoy our indoor playground with baby-friendly toys and get accustomed to the environment, so when they start walking, they’re ready to experience the full benefits of pretend play. Please note that babies under 12 months are not free during seasonal events or classes at kids Hideout. More details about this policy are available in our Classes and Special Events FAQ section.
Children older than 9 are welcome for free as long as they are accompanied by a younger sibling, but they will count as one of the accompanying adults included in the entry. We kindly ask that parents ensure their play is gentle and considerate, always being mindful of the little ones. Of course, all play should follow our guidelines and rules to ensure safety and fun for everyone.
Parents are always welcome to join in the play and create special memories with their children!
For the safety and cleanliness of our space, everyone—both kids and adults—must wear socks while inside the play area, with no exceptions.
WHY SOCKS ARE REQUIRED:
- Hygiene Control: Reduces the spread of bacteria, fungi, and viruses.
- Odor Prevention: Absorbs sweat and minimizes foot odor.
- Protective Barrier: Keeps feet from direct contact with potentially dirty surfaces.
- Allergy Reduction: Limits the transfer of allergens into the space.
- Cleanliness: Shoes carry dirt and elements from parking lot, street and many places. We often have crawling babies and toddlers who pick up toys from the ground.
Any socks are allowed; you do not need to buy ours. Bare feet can carry dirt and germs that we cannot control, and we have crawling babies and young children who explore the floor.
This policy is created for the benefit and safety of your kids. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping Kids Hideout safe, clean, and enjoyable for all! Thank you for your understanding!
Food is not permitted during a private play reservation, and the same food rules as open play apply.
Only pre-packaged snacks and individual beverages are allowed. Cakes, cupcakes, cookies, desserts, homemade food, catered food, food trays, or buffet-style setups are not permitted.
Please note that private play reservations do not include setup time. The party room setup remains the same as open play, and decorations, presents, or gifts are not allowed.
If your private play reservation begins to resemble a birthday party or celebration, and you want to bring food, cake, decorations, or presents, we are happy to offer an upgrade to one of our party packages, subject to availability.
Two accompanying adults are included per paying child at Kids Hideout. Additional adults are $5 each. All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. Please note, no adults are allowed without children during open play.
On a few days each year, when there is no school and the weather is rainy, we may reach full capacity at Kids Hideout and start a waiting list for visitors. To ensure everyone has the best experience, we limit playtime to two hours on these busy days. These occasions typically occur 2-4 times a year. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
At Kids Hideout, we don’t offer membership, but we do offer a convenient alternative! Enjoy our flexible Play Pass options: a 6-session pass for $90 or a 10-session pass for $140. These passes never expire and can be shared with friends and siblings.
Please note that birthday celebrations, including cupcakes, cakes, and decorations, are not permitted during open play or private play sessions. All celebrations must be booked as part of a party reservation. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in refraining from setting up personal celebrations during your visit.
