Gift cards can be redeemed for open play admissions, birthday party packages, play passes, enrichment and mommy-and-me classes, snacks, beverages, and educational toys and merchandise at our concept store. One card covers everything at Kids Hideout in Fort Lauderdale.
Are there any fees on the gift card?
There is a one-time $2.00 activation fee at the time of purchase. After that, there are no service charges, dormancy fees, maintenance fees, or any other post-sale fees. Your full balance is yours to use.
Can I buy a gift card online or do I have to visit in person?
Both! You can purchase a digital gift card online and it will be delivered instantly via email — perfect for last-minute gifts. You can also buy a physical gift card at our front desk at Kids Hideout if you prefer to hand-deliver it as a present.

Can I get a refund on a gift card?
All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except as required by applicable law.

This card does not expire. A one-time $2.00 activation fee applies at the time of purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash (except as required by law), are non-refundable, and may not be used to purchase additional gift cards. Please treat this card like cash — lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced. This is not a credit, debit, or charge card and carries no implied warranties.
