Partner with your little one and enjoy a fun yoga experience while stretching, singing, strengthening, and balancing your body, mind, and spirit. We will plant the seeds for connection, courage, joy, body awareness, self-regulation, kindness, finding our calm, and bonding between parent and child.
Bring a yoga mat! This is a 30-40 min class that includes an hour of open play after class.
